SB was borne 100 years ago on April 13. The New York Times didn't forget. A big festival is being held in Dublin to celebrate the work of this bleak, minimalist. Over the last few months I've been watching his collected drama on DVD (Godot dull, Krapp's Last Tape inspired etc.) with interest having 'read' Molloy, Malone Dies, The Unnamable,
